How your donation flows

Step 1 — pick your amounts

Decide how much to give to each of the four Arizona tax credit programs based on your expected state liability. You can donate the maximum to all four, or start smaller and adjust next year.

Step 2 — choose the specific partners

For each program, pick which organizations receive your donation. Private School goes through a School Tuition Organization (STO) that supports the school you choose. Public School routes directly to the school via CTDS code. QCO and QFCO go to the specific nonprofits you pick.

Step 3 — single checkout

One card charge covers every organization. You don’t juggle multiple websites, log in to four portals, or remember four codes. The platform handles distribution.

Step 4 — tax-ready receipts

You receive a separate receipt for every organization — each with the ADOR code, CTDS, or STO reference you need to file Arizona Form 321, 322, 323, 348, or 352. Forward to your CPA or upload to your tax software.

Step 5 — claim on your return

File the corresponding Arizona form(s) with your state return. The credits flow onto Form 301 and reduce your Arizona tax liability dollar-for-dollar. Unused credit carries forward up to five years.
