projectUmbrella is a completely volunteer-run nonprofit dedicated to rehumanizing and supporting people experiencing housing instability. We provide warm meals, seasonal care packages, hygiene essentials, and basic necessities, using these resources as a starting point for meaningful conversation and human connection. Our work is rooted in a listening-first approach that helps people feel seen, valued, and supported, and connects them with resources. projectUmbrella has mobilized volunteers and community partners to serve individuals and families across Arizona. Because no member of our team is compensated, 100% of donations and community support go directly toward outreach programs and the people we serve.
