Arizona Tax Credit Charity List

QCO + QFCO organizations eligible for the Arizona Charitable and Foster Care Tax Credits.

This is a current list of Arizona charities eligible for the Charitable Tax Credit (QCO) and the Foster Care Tax Credit (QFCO). Every organization shown has an active code issued by the Arizona Department of Revenue. Donations to any of them qualify as dollar-for-dollar credits against your Arizona state tax liability — not deductions, credits. You get the full amount back.

QCO and QFCO are separate programs with separate annual limits. You can claim both credits in the same tax year by donating to at least one QCO and at least one QFCO. Each credit is filed on its own Arizona form: Form 321 for QCO, Form 352 for QFCO.

The ADOR code is what you need when you file. Every receipt includes it, and you list it on the relevant form along with the organization's name and the amount you gave. Codes look like 20356 (QCO) or 10024 (QFCO).
